It is confidentially stored in our computer systems to assist us in taking care of your pets to the best standard of service possible. No one outside of the business has access to your data.

Any information held about you will be kept for no more than five years, from last contact. After which it will be destroyed. Your data will not be shared with any other person or business except as required by law.

Your consent to us storing this data can be revoked at any time, however if you are a current client and concerned about sharing this data, we can discuss ways to support your concerns.
